The staff were kind and helpful. They made everything easier. the location allowed simple access to the city by tram. my room was tidy. It felt cute after a long day, with plenty of fresh towels.
The in-room air conditioning wasn't very effective, and i needed to open the windows. There was some street noise.

Breakfast included an assortment of items priced at 15 euro, a reasonable value. This allowed me to start the day fueled for adventure. it supported a quick and efficient start. I appreciated the selection available each morning.

The hotel provided tea and coffee facilities. I could prepare a beverage directly in the room! a small refrigerator operated efficiently. It kept my beverages cool throughout my stay and allowed me to preserve small treats i picked up.

The hotel has architecture that presents a nice aspect from the street. it is close to tram stopswith fast transit to the museumplein area. proximity to the city's attractions added to the hotel's appeal. It made exploration straightforward.

the triple room felt tiny for the price i paid. there were only two hangers available for three people.

The location is TRULY central. Two tram stations are nearby the hotel. The breakfast included a great selection of food items.

Parking is available at this hotel. A coffee machine and kettle were available in my room, i also found a small refrigerator. The staff keeps luggage after check out without any fee.

My room was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom provides shampoo and soap in large dispensers. The spacious terrace was definitely a plus for my stay.

Location was fine I guess. Trams were close.
The room cleanliness was not what I expect. I found hairs on the floor, a detail that really bugged me. the bathroom smelled not so fresh, like some cleaning product was missing during the process.

small roombad smell
The room was pretty small, i think. There was not much space for clothes or suitcases. the bathroom had a bad smell! also, after the cleaning, we found broken nails in the room. I am very annoyed by it.
